Cabins and living spaces
Overnight capacity may differ from daytime guest capacity. Check bed arrangements, bathroom access and shared spaces in the written proposal. Agreeing cabin sharing before departure helps align expectations within the group.
Meals, routes and daily routines
Clarify meal and drinks planning, provisioning responsibilities and any additional spending budget in advance. The sailing programme remains subject to the captain’s safety assessment; wind or port conditions may require an alternative overnight stop.
