Information to include
Clearly state your first and last name, contact address and the subject of your request. Identity and application information required by legislation must be provided in a way appropriate to your chosen channel. Necessary and proportionate additional information may be requested to verify your identity. Do not upload identity documents to public areas or the quote form’s message field.
Explain your request
Describe the data or processing you would like information about and any request for correction, deletion or exercise of another right. You may include information that helps locate an earlier enquiry, such as its date or the contact address used.
Response process
Requests are concluded as soon as possible according to their nature, and within 30 days at the latest. Where processing entails an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Board. Responses and further application channels are assessed under the applicable legislation.
